Why do you have the Genius Program?
The Eufy Genius Program was created so we can more closely connect with you to learn how we can do better and try to meet your every need and wish. Your early, well-informed, insightful feedback is really valuable. We offer a small supply of free test samples or exclusive highly-discounted products in return (especially for our new products).

What are the Program responsibilities?
Eufy Geniuses are expected to test each sample and give detailed and unbiased feedback on it within one week of receiving the product. If circumstances prevent a Eufy Genius from providing timely feedback, they are expected to provide advanced notice. Delayed feedback may affect eligibility to apply for future Eufy products.
Eufy Geniuses are expected to complete surveys that help us improve our products and bring more light to people’s lives.

Who is eligible to apply?
This program is only open to a specific audience. To target our limited resources, applicants are selected based on their writing ability, and feedback quality published on e-commerce websites, social media, or tech deal forums etc.
Some basic requirements for application:
a) Location
Applicants must live in the United States
b) Active and helpful history
● Active online presence on platforms such as e-commerce websites and major tech websites (Top 100,000 on Alexa global rank and quality posts/threads), YouTube (at least 500 subscribers and high-quality video production), other forums (top 100,000 on Alexa global rank, senior member with quality posts).
● Valid links to your online reviews, website, YouTube or forum must be provided for evaluation.
We comply with Amazon regulations against incentivized reviews. We do not require you to write a product review on Amazon, and whether or not you decide to do so will have no impact on your eligibility for product samples.

Eufy retains full rights to judge and decide on an applicant's acceptance into the Genius Program.

How can I join the program?
1. Log in to your Eufy account. If you don't have one yet, click "JOIN" (in the top-left corner of the page) and enter your basic information.
2. Go to the Eufy Genius page.
3. Click "APPLY NOW" and complete the Eufy Genius application form.
4. You will be notified of the outcome within 3 working days.
I'm a new Eufy Genius. How do I get started?
To get started, please log in and choose the product you would like to review.
1. Log into your Eufy Genius account.

2. Click “Eufy Genius” at the top of the page.

3. Select one of the products displayed.

4. Click “Get Sample” or “Get Code” for the product you want to review. You will receive a shipping notification from mkt@eufylife.com within 3 working days. Please note that you may only review one product at a time. If a product shows "Samples Claimed" or “Codes Claimed”, samples for that product are no longer available.
What if I’m not interested in the current product selections?
We’re continuously updating the product selection. If none of the current products strike your fancy, please wait for a selection update, which usually happens every couple of weeks.
How will I be notified of new product selections?
Eufy Geniuses get monthly sample selection updates by email. So, to receive more customized updates, please indicate your preferences and interests in your application or profile.
