1. Will the replacement product be the same as the defective product?

Eufy will replace a defective product with a brand new product if the replacement request is made within six months of purchase; If the replacement request is made after six months of purchase, Eufy will replace the defective product with a factory refurbished model of equal value.

Obsolete or discontinued products that are defective and under warranty will be replaced with the same product if available. Otherwise, it will be replaced with an equivalent or newer model.

2. What isn’t covered by the warranty?

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Improperly operated devices
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Purchases made over limited warranty time (unless otherwise stated)
  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)   
  • Consumable components like brushes and filters are not covered

5. What is a valid proof of purchase?

  • An Amazon order number or eBay username for a purchase made through EufyHome
  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Eufy Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

6. What if I don’t have any proof of purchase?

  • If you made your purchase through EufyHome, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address.
  • If you made your purchase through an authorized Eufy Reseller, you may contact the Reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.
  • If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.

7. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

8. What if I move overseas? Will my limited warranty still be valid?

No, the warranty is only applicable in the country your product was originally shipped to.

9. Can I send my Eufy RoboVac or HomeVac for repair?

To ensure our customers have a great user experience, we will provide compensable repair services for products out of warranty within the US.
