What should I do if Google Assistant voice control does not respond to my voice?
1.Check if there are any Internet connection problems.
2.Check if you have installed the Google Home app onto your smart device and enabled the “eufyHome” Skill in the Google Home app.
3.Check if you are using the proper commands when talking to the Google Assistant. When making your request, first say the wake words “Ok Google”.
4.Repeat your question. Speak clearly to the Google Assistant.
5.Check if you have modified the name of Smart Bulb in the eufyHome app. If yes, unlink your eufyHome account from the Google Home app and then relink.

What should I do if Alexa voice control does not respond to my voice?
1. Make sure you are using the proper commands when talking to Alexa. You should say the wake word “Alexa” first when making your request.
2. Repeat your question. Speak naturally and clearly to Alexa in English.
3. Make sure Lumos is at least eight inches away from walls or other objects that may cause interference (such as microwave ovens).
4. Check whether there are any Internet connection problems.

If the name of the bulb is modified in the eufyHome app, how do I control the bulb using Alexa voice?
You need to rediscover devices through Alexa voice or "discover" funciton of "Smart Home" session in Alexa app.Once you have discoverd the modifed device,you can control it through Alexa voice.
What is the default light setting? Can I modify the default light setting?
The default light setting is 100% brightness. You can set your current light setting as your default light setting in the eufyHome app.
