FAQ
What should I do if RoboVac's movements or travel path are abnormal?
1. Clean RoboVac's bumper sensors with a dry cloth;
2. Shake/tap the bumper and wheels to see whether they are stuck, and if necessary, remove any hair and debris from them;
3. Restart RoboVac by turning RoboVac's side switch off and on.

Why is RoboVac making a strange noise while in use?
1. Clean the side brushes and rolling brush;
2. Shake/tap the bumper and wheels to see whether they are stuck, and if necessary, remove any hair and debris from them.

Meanwhile, would you please remove the rolling brush and brush guard and run RoboVac to see if the noise continues? If the noise disappears when you remove off the accessories, please contact us at support@eufylife.com for more assistance.
Why has RoboVac's suction become weak?
1. Check if any obstructions are blocking the suction inlet.
2. Empty the dust collector.
3. Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or a cleaning brush.

What should I do if the remote controller doesn't work?
1. Replace the batteries in the remote controller.
2. Make sure RoboVac is turned on and fully charged.
3. If RoboVac and the remote control’s display work properly, but RoboVac does not respond to the remote controller’s commands, it may be because the remote controller is not successfully paired with the RoboVac.

In this case, do not dock RoboVac to the charging base. Turn off RoboVac's side switch and then

(1) Press and hold"" start"" on the remote control until the"" clock"" icon blinks on the display;
(2) Turn on the side switch.(in ""I"" position).

You will hear three beeps after successful pairing.
